How do I receive my meals weekly?

Once you enter your account information and shop for your meals you can sign up to receive your meals weekly, but you can cancel at any time!!

When do I get my food?

All food deliveries are done on Thursday between 1:00 and 5:00. You can also pick up your food from Olmo at 93 Whitney Ave in New Haven on Thursday or Friday between 1:00 and 5:00.

What is the cut off for ordering?

Orders for meals need to be completed by midnight on Monday to receive your food that week. Provisions can be added until Tuesday at midnight. *HOLIDAY ORDERS FOLLOW SEPARATE DEADLINES. BE SURE TO READ FOR CUTOFFS*

Where does Olmo@Home deliver?

If I have special dietary restrictions, can I still eat Olmo@Home?

We offer omnivore and vegetarian options to our customers. If you other special dietary needs please feel free to reach out to our team at olmoathome@olmokitchen.com to find out what other accommodations we can offer. We can’t make any promises, but we always try to do our best!!

If you did no sign up for an account when you ordered Olmo@Home we generated a password for you. If you can not find the automatically generated password . . .
